Up to five guests — a king bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, and a single floor mattress on request. Tell us your group size and we'll confirm the exact setup before you book.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Just ask, though — when the calendar allows, we're always happy to arrange an earlier arrival or a later departure.
Is parking included?
Yes — complimentary underground parking with an assigned spot, plus an access card for the building, pool, and gym. The lift doesn't need a card.
Are pets allowed?
Well-trained pets are welcome with advance notice. Let us know before you arrive so everything's ready, and there are vets and pet shops minutes from the building.
Is it good for families?
Very. The community has pools, playgrounds, and courts, and you're minutes from Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, and Warner Bros. World. The free Yas Express shuttle stops nearby.
How do I book and pay?
